Why Tailsonic the Fox Extras: Tailsonic and CMO Episode 2 is STILL not out yet

Hey guys, Connor here. I talked a bit about this in an earlier post, but I haven't explained why it's not out yet. So, I will be exlaining that today.
First off, remember one of the posts that talked about how I made Episode 1 for this series? I mentioned I had started the animation process of Episode 2. However, and the reason I'm mentioning this again now is because part of it has been resolved already, but still, the animation process has gone ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE. And, if you're wondering why I'm saying this, it's because of the topic Episode 2 was originally going to be on, which was Copyright Infringement, and how to avoid it. The reason this has caused the episode's animation stage to stay silent is because in one part of the script (I'll show it in quotes), one of the characters mentions the permission issues with FNF; Vs. Tailsonic, which was technically why the episode was even started in the first place. Those being, having to contact both SirDusterBuster and Crappy Productions about Vs. Tailsonic, since it uses assets from both Vs. Mario Ultra Rebooted and DDTO. Thankfully, half of this has already been resolved, as I talked to Crappy Productions about VSMUR, and he said he was fine with me using assets. So, this thankfully means, that even if the VT goes somewhere else in V3, it still has the option to go back to Vs. MUR (even though the Psych Engine version VSMUR uses for Vs. Tailsonic's build from V1 to V2 is technically an outdated version)
Going back to the main topic of this post, along with the other half of the copyright that hasn't been resolved yet (probably once I get in contact with DusterBuster), I guess Episode 2 will be changed, and it will probably have a different topic.
By the way, here's the quoted part of the script that I mentioned: 'M: "You didn't ask for permission to use VSMUR and DDTO, did you?"'
