Merchandise, Vs. Tailsonic, and Tailsonic the Fox Extras | Project Tailsonic News

Hello guys, Connor here! Welcome back to Project Tailsonic News! Let's start off with the update on the current Project Tailsonic Official Merchline concept. As of yesterday, my grandmother, Nancy Winkelman (the merch director for the project on the About the Project page) has told me about a Project Tailsonic T-shirt, and some other merch stuff (with Tailsonic on them), such as mugs, pencils, some lanyards, and stickers. She has also mentioned when the T-shirt would arrive, which is expected to be April 14th, next Friday. This is the official release date for the merchline.

Second of all, let's talk about both Friday Night Funkin': VS. Tailsonic, and Tailsonic the Fox Extras (Tailsonic and CMO), since they are both on the same topic.

First off, a long while ago, I planned to make an episode of Tailsonic the Fox Extras: Tailsonic and CMO, where Tailsonic and CMO would talk about copyright. Since it's been over 2 months since Episode 1's release, I recently made a script for Episode 2, and used that idea for the Copyright related episode. Before I mention this, I should explain how I made Episode 1, and started on Episode 2. It's actually kind of how actual TV show episodes are made (people may disagree, but this is just my opinion). With Episode 1, first, I had to brainstorm what the episode could be about. A little bit before the making of Episode 1, I made a joke one time at school where CMO would say the word "right", and then that word would become the main purpose of the joke, since it was mentioned at least 7 times. I decided to use that joke for the episode. After that, I wrote the script on paper (not using Google Docs or any online stuff like that), and I turned that into a Clipchamp animation. I still actually have the script for Episode 1. Anyway, I did the same thing for Episode 2, but with some more complex stuff. (For example; in the script, "Blank screen" means, well, a blank screen. "Fade in", obviously means the thing in the script mentioned fades onto the screen. an example of that would be "Blank screen, Fade in [whatever you put here]. Lastly, with Episode 1's script, if it would move to a different character (i.e. CMO to Tailsonic), after the first character says something, I just wrote down the character initial on the next line, and add the text the character's supposed to say. With Episode 2, however, I decided to add "Go to [character name here]". By the way, all of this stuff I just mentioned is in brackets ([]) in the actual script.) Speaking of Episode 2, I actually have a big portion of the Clipchamp animation done, but this is where it leads to its relation with Vs. Tailsonic.

Basically, if you haven't figured it out already, although I did give credit to the creators of VSMUR and DDTO, the main thing I forgot to do (and it's an important thing to do to avoid copyright infringement) was get permission from the creators of those mods to use their stuff. This is why the animation portion of Tailsonic and CMO EP2 is not finished yet, because I have been trying to talk to the mod creators via email, but so far the only one I could find one for was for one of DDTO's composers, HighPoweredKeyz. Once I talk to the other mod creators besides HPK, I will finish the animation. However, the reason I mentioned Vs. Tailsonic in the first place besides this was because once the animation is finished, and is uploaded to YouTube, Vs. Tailsonic will NOT be taken down, but it will be privated until I get permission from the mod creators.

Anyway, with all that said, I know this post is a minute longer to read than the other one, but it hopefully will not happen as often.
